- Rose Water
Rose water contains a variety of vitamins and anti-oxidants and it acts as a natural laxative. Along with its many other beauty related benefits, rose water can also help soften the stool and increase bowl movement. Mostly the dosage is two to four teaspoons depending upon your state.
2. Castor Oil
As a natural treatment it is a powerful laxative. Castor oil should be used with cautious as it helps in moving the bowel and getting out waste from both small and large intestine. The dosage can be same as rose water.
3. Aloe Vera

However, caffeine is a stimulant so it can cause you to have a bowel movement. Coffee has different effect on different people.
